Mike has been working with athletes on the college process since 2012. Starting coaching travel baseball in 2015. One of the biggest goals coaching was to be able to connect and help young players achieve their dreams through the game of baseball. Since I started working with athletes on the recruiting side I have helped 100s of kids get to colleges across all levels and over 20 players get drafted into MLB. The plan is to not just find a school but to find the best school with the right fit for each athlete's needs.

We will give the family and player an upfront and honest evaluation of the player's current skill set. Depending on multiple variables like age, graduating class, skill set, etc. Then, we will put a development program together for you so that you can hopefully improve your chances of playing at the school of your dreams!

We are very fortunate to have a wide range of schools at our disposal that we can reach out to anytime. Some kids are better suited for a certain school more than others, so our goal is to reach out to the school that we feel will be a good fit for your athlete and the family. Everything comes into play, not only the play and athleticism of the athlete but also the academics.

A lot comes with playing these days, especially for travel ball players and what they should or shouldn’t be playing in. We are here for all your questions what events to attend and which ones as parents that are ok to skip. Ex: tournaments, showcases and college camps.

Once you narrow down which school or schools you’re choosing between, we will go over all the pro’s and con’s for your athlete for each school you are interested in. Some schools may be a better fit than others for numerous reasons but the decision will always be in your hands, we just want to give everyone all the information available to make the best decision for yourfamily.

After your athlete makes a commitment, we will still be helping in the development process because as a player, that always needs to continue. For the parents, we will also help withanything regarding the following: Signing Day, Admissions Process, NCAA eligibility center, financial aid, academic aid and FAFSA. Most schools will help with this, but just incase you havemore questions, we will be there for you through the whole process.

Playing for Chancellor was one of the best summers I've had playing baseball! He always kept the atmosphere fun while also helping us to grow as baseball players and men. In my opinion, he is a key reason I was able to go play at a top-tier school after high school.
